Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Sydney Airport Transportation services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.Service Overview
- Our service offers transportation to and from Sydney Airport, providing a range of vehicle options based on customer requirements.
- Booking & Payment
Advance booking requirements:
- Sydney Domestic Airport -T2 Terminal and T3 Terminal: 2-hours minimum notice required.
- Sydney International Airport T1 Terminal: 2-hours Minimum notice required.
- Greater Sydney Suburb’s: Minimum 8 hours’ notice required to confirm booking.

- All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or approved third-party providers.
- Payment is due upon booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment systems.
- Prices are subject to change based on factors such as fuel costs, traffic conditions, and vehicle availability. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is fixed and will not change.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 3 hours before the pickup time are non-refundable.
- Changes to Booking
- Any changes to the booking must be made at least 3 hours in advance. Changes are subject to vehicle availability.
- If changes affect the distance or route, additional charges may apply.
- Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must ensure they are ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in charges for repair or cleaning.
- Driver & Vehicle Availability
- While we strive to provide timely and reliable service, we cannot guarantee driver availability in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, traffic delays).
- If a driver cannot reach the pickup location, we will contact the customer and attempt to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund if necessary.
- Luggage Policy
- Passengers must inform us of any large items (e.g., bicycles, surfboards) during booking.
- Airport Pickup Procedures.
- Our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights from the scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform the driver or company of any flight delays or cancellations. We offer free-of-charge rescheduled airport pickups for your convenience.
- Liability
- We are not liable for any delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including traffic, road closures, or weather conditions.
- In case of accidents or incidents, our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring customer confidentiality and data protection.
- Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
